		<description><![CDATA[A week after he slipped beneath the surface of Okanagan Lake, a presumed drowning victim has been identified as 41-year-old lawyer Robert Macleod.
Neville McDougall, a lawyer at the firm of Benson Salloum Watts, confirmed that the victim was a colleague, but said the company would reserve further comment until the RCMP’s investigation has been concluded.
