The 25-year-old forward will essentially earn $758,733 this season (the Boston Globe’s Fluto Shinzawa reports that he’ll earn $258,733 for the next three four seasons) while providing the Red Wings with both some offensive jam and somewhere between $1.18 million (if Justin Abdelkader remains a Wing, per Bruce MacLeod) and a little over $2 million dollars to sign one more forward.
