Gaelic-speaking Scot turns out for England in Ashes

A YOUNG Scottish cricket star’s dream came true yesterday – when he turned out for England.

Calum MacLeod is thought to be the first Gaelic speaker to appear in a test match.

Calum, 20, of Stepps, Glasgow, was called on as emergency fielder in the Ashes clash with Australia at Edgbaston in Birmingham.
